I used to find using this app enjoyable. You can use the filter tools and view the items in whatever order you prefer (newest to oldest, low to high, etc). I like being able to save my favorite items into folders. I can still do all that, as long as I am fine with having to log in every single time I try to do any of those things. I can't even just sign-in with my password everytime. I have to be emailed or texted with a code. It is just too much trouble.

Was great, but in past few months the app has been really unenjoyable to use. It's glitchy, freezes often, lists for saved items has been really wonky - it has duplicate lists, it doesn't show you all the lists, it's just not easy to use. Also the new layout of product pictures is a bad experience - pictures are all in one continuous feed, and even worse you can't zoom in easily because it'll zoom right back out , and when you try to hold the zoom your hand will cover part of the product.

Updating this one year later. App continues to bog down. The longer I shop the slower it gets until it finally freezes up and stop working altogether. Clearing the cache, deleting and re-downloading doesn't help. Please fix! Crashes a LOT! I finally found exactly the rug I wanted and the app crashed on me. Haven't been able to find it since. Very frustrating experience. I have cleared the cache, checked for updates, restarted the phone, etc. It works for about 5 or 10 minutes and crashes again.

App is terrible. Start going thru things and it freezes on the second or third page. Edit- it's worse. Put something in the search bar and it bring up maybe 20 objects but the rest of it stays blank. No option to filter or sort. Can't even shop in the site! I've tried multiple times in the past 24 hours. I'm done trying. I'm redecorating my home and it sucks being unable to shop when I need it. But guess I'll stick with stores that I can actually see merchandise. SMH

Giving them another try. In my last attempt to purchase, Wayfair deployed a very deceptive practice. I ordered an item that was on sale. After a few days, was told item was backordered. After a month, Wayfair cancelled my order. Now I see the item is back in stock at a higher price and Wayfair is pushing the item to my inbox in an attempt to get me to purchase at the new price.

Idk if I've ever left a bad review for an app, but this is maybe the worst retail app I've ever used. Not only is it extremely slow, but half of the time when you click on something it doesn't even work! It also just randomly stops working while using it and causes my phone to completely freeze up. I have a Galaxy 8, so it's not like I'm using an old clunky phone either. I'm uninstalling and sticking to the browser for now until they do an overhaul.

I shop on the app often, and it usually has glitches. The app freezes and closes unexpectedly, and the search filters don't narrow down the products. For quite a while, the "shop" button hasn't been working, so you have to go to the home screen to search and shop. There isn't even a cart button on the app. I have to go to the home screen, scroll down, and view cart. It really needs some updates.

The app constantly takes you back to the shopping page after each completed step in the checkout process. I had to keep opening my cart to proceed to the next step in processing an order. That is super stupid, I'm actually trying to buy things, and they keep trying to sell me more stuff. That only makes sense to someone who graduated from the 16th grade with a marketing degree. I have a business account, so it's not as if we won't be buying more stuff later. Checkout means stop selling me.

This app is always crashing or loading slowly. Most recently, there is no longer an icon in the toolbar to go to your cart! Update: After deleting and reinstalling the app, the problems persist! When I click on "shop," I am brought to a blank page. When I click on "manage order" from the home page, it will either open up a pop up with suggested items to buy or it will actually bring me to the order details. And still, there is no way to access your shopping cart! Changing to 1 star. Awful.

Heather

This app is consistently inconsistent. I'm so irritated. I've wasted half a day trying to make a purchase. I've removed and downloaded the app again. I add items to my cart, and when I go to check out, it says the cart is empty. I finally got to checkout, and the screen froze. If I didnt really want the items I found and they were available elsewhere, I'd delete the app forever.

Cameron Harbrecht

The app appears to no longer offer any sort of item indexing like categories or collections. Instead, they'd rather you look at yet another endless feed of random, social-media-esque product spotlights. Or by using the "discover" tab which is... yet another social media feed, but this time just jpgs! Oh, and a plug-n-play AI chatbot. But no "Living Room" or "Sofas". Clearly Marketing's AI is calling the shots here, and not the UX team.

Fix your app!! The sort function and filters are garbage, they never work and freeze the app. Every. Single. Time. Like I want to give you my money but your frustrating app experience is preventing me from doing so. You offer plenty of options, which is fantastic, but it's impossible to figure out what to purchase without functional filters and sorting

Wayfair...FIX YOUR APP!! It's ridiculous this app is so terrible. It's glitchy, it freezes, searches won't load or load partially, it gets slowweerr the longer you're on it..and soon freezes again or just flat crashes. The search and filtering don't work well, listen to what your customers are searching for- stop with the "no you want THIS"! Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. It's very frustrating, especially when I want to buy things. I get so aggravated with the app I go elsewhere!

Anna Greenley

While they may have a large selection of items, which is good... I curated a wide range of items in my cart over a period of 3 months. One week after downloading the app, literally ONE DAY before I was going to order it all, and ONE DAY after I reviewed my selections, Wayfair erased my entire cart!!! If that wasn't bad enough, relocating the vast majority of it was nearly impossible!! Needless to say I made 99% of my purchases through other companies.

5 star, but while doing a payment using karna payment, it looks like the api integration is not working as expected. At documents upload stage, after you select the type, I see black playbutton, I thought if I click it will turn on camera for me to scan and upload but it did nothing, looks like functionality is broken. Anyways great job developers, but testers should have found this bug before me, hope you will soon raise a defect & in next release will be fixed. PO will be happy person later.

Hector

I downloaded the app thinking I might get some gifts now then for my wife but I was forever getting multiple daily notifications regardless of what I would do to stop them even logging out. I'm still trying to figure out how I can delete the account completely and it's not easy finding any of that on their app. If they weren't such a pain in the behind I might keep the app and occasionally spend money now I'm trying to stop the headaches.

Kelly Myers

Unusable. Opening the app leads to a blank screen 95% of the time. The app finally opened normally and I tried to proceed with a purchase but hitting "checkout" resulted in a popup saying "Error. Oops! Something went wrong." Had to give up on using the app and complete my purchase via a browser.

Elaine B

The app is great when it works, however, it doesn't work consistently. I tried looking at a past order because I wanted to reorder something. The order is less than 1 year old, but the app was unable to pull it up. I kept getting the message "something went wrong". So I closed the app and logged onto overstock on my computer. Wayfair the malfunction of your app is costing you a lot of money in lost customers. Since the app is unreliable, I don't trust placing an order.

M K

I like Wayfair, I'm not really a fan of the app though. There is no easy way to search by category, and the filters for products are more of a suggestion than actual filters. For example, I wanted to look for a three piece patio set (very common). The first few results were correct and then the next were all full 6,7,8 piece sets with 3 piece sprinkled in. I was so frustrated that I just gave up and eventually forgot about it. I was ready to buy too.

Aria Shellington

If you view an item on your cart I loses your search results. It crashed twice in under 45 minutes. It has a memory leak. Their servers are incredibly slow to respond. They allow multiple sellers to list identical items at wildly different price points (the same bed for $375 and $1350). They also allow the same seller to list the same item multiple times at different price points. They will show the duplicates in the "similar items" AND even the item you're currently viewing.
